There are many VPS providers. I believe Godaddy even has their own VPS servers, but my personal preference is VPS Link. I've been very happy with their service, and have tried many of them. You may be able to get by with a Link 1 VPS (using Xen) for around $6 or $7/month if paid by the year, but it could be slow, and the services you run may be limited, so if you can afford the Link 2 for around $15/month (paid by the year) or a little more, that would be better for you. I strongly recommend you use Xen Technology instead of OpenVZ based on my experience. You will be given the option when you are signing up, and it might default to OpenVZ, so be careful.
